RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The Arabian Aura is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every fragrance purchase.

Returns Due to the nature of perfume and fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. We accept returns only if:

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Refunds Once your return is approved and the product is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased on sale or discount, except if the item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.Β
